Our 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training program is the foundation course which is
certified by Yoga Alliance. It is perfect for beginners who want to learn the
art, philosophy and significance of yoga. It is specially designed for aspiring
yoga teachers who have an interest and inclination towards learning and teaching
yoga. The curriculum is a complete professional course that equips the
practitioner to become a highly skilled yoga teacher. The journey through this
course helps the practitioner not only develop the skills and knowledge but also
helps in constructing a rock-solid yoga foundation for the betterment of the
society and himself.
Practitioner will learn the traditional teachings of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Yoga
and Vinyasa Yoga where apart from the practice a lot of importance will be given
to theory and learning about the human anatomy and how yoga asanas help in
vitalizing and energizing each and every human organ.
The course is certified by the Yoga Alliance and makes the trainer eligible to
be a private yoga trainer in both India and International markets. We have till
date certified more than 500+ students to become yoga
professionals.
The duration of the course is 2 months conducted all days in a week from Mon-
Fri.
