At Sohum Institute of Yoga Sciences, we have designed our Studio yoga classes in a way that each and every individual gets personal attention with proper guidance in posture correction. We cover Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga forms with focus on Asanas, Pranayam, Meditation, Mudras and Mantra Chanting.
